For Corporate Groups and Government Agencies
- Setting - Traditional classroom
- Size - Minimum of 10 students per class
- Led - Instructor led
- Site - Client or Tactegra HQ site
- Coaching & Mentoring – yes, during training (or separate C&M packages available for purchase)
- Scheduling - Limited flexibility per contract
- Purchasing Vehicle – Contract, SOW, or PO
- Certificate - Training Completion certificate issued after successful completion of exam
- Belt Certification – driven by corporate or government client criteria
BLENDED
For Corporate Groups and Government Agencies
- Setting – Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Size - Maximum of 25 students per class
- Led - Instructor led
- Site - Remote
- Coaching & Mentoring – limited during training (or separate C&M packages available for purchase)
- Scheduling - Limited flexibility per contract
- Purchasing Vehicle – Contract, SOW, or PO
- Certificate - Training Completion certificate issued after successful completion of exam
- Belt Certification - driven by corporate or government client criteria
E-LEARNING
For Corporate Groups Government Agencies, and Individuals
- Setting – Learning Management System (Digital)
- Size – Not Applicable
- Led – Self-Paced
- Site - Remote
- Coaching & Mentoring – limited during training (or separate C&M packages available for purchase)
- Scheduling – Access 24/7 up to 6 months to complete
- Purchasing Vehicle – Credit Card or Purchase Card (for groups we accept SOW or Purchase Order formats)
- Certificate – Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification upon successful completion of exam. Black Belt receive Training Completion certificate
- Belt Certification – Black Belt upon successful completion of exam and project
Certifications – We work with our corporate and government clients to design the certification criteria that works best for their organizations. Tactegra offers both project and non-project based certifications for Green and Black Belts. For our Digital Self-Paced eLearning, our training includes certification.
